Job Description

OVERALL OBJECTIVES:
•Provide IT Infra support to Eurofins IT Systems Users (Level 1 and 2), including on site support.
•Provide IT infra support in TnT activities.
•Provide field support for M&A activities.
•Follow Eurofins processes (mainly Incident and Change management process).
•Follow and enforce Eurofins policies.
•Maintain local infrastructure following procedure and policies
•IT services (IT devices, office software)
•Ensure data integrity (apply backup, anti-virus, storage policies, servers and network monitoring) for sites under responsibility
•Hardware installation / moving according to Group guidelines.
•Inventory management including license management.
•Travel in Spain is required to provide local IT Infra support.
•Assist IT Operations team whenever required including with onsite actions.


SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS:
•End user's satisfaction :
•Improve user’s satisfaction
•Find solution / workaround for user incident when it cannot be fixed.

•IT Support improvement :
•Documentation of SOP or FAQ for Incident or requests.
•Track and follow incidents / requests managed or not by IT Infra.


•Policy and process
•Ensure data integrity (apply backup, anti-virus, storage policies, monitor server and WAN statuses)
•Installation/update of workstations according to group guidelines.
•Respect Eurofins Strategies and policies

Job conditions:
•Location: Barcelona (Esplugues de Llobregat)
•Type of contract: permanent
•Traveling: depending on on-going projects but maybe up to 20%, mainly Spain.
•Availability: as soon as possible
•Remuneration: to be defined according to the profile
