Job Description

Eurofins Environment in Vejen (South Jutland) or Aabybro (North Jutland) is looking for at an experienced .NET Software Developer for projects in connection with the jointly-distributed ERP system.   

With your experience from similar positions, including extensive experience within C #, WPF and MS SQL Server, you will have a central role, lifting the department's technical level, developing new applications and further development of existing IT solutions.
 

About the job
The tasks will primarily be within the development and maintenance of new and existing production-critical solution, including:

  • Object Oriented Software Development; analysis, design, implementation (both GUI and business), test on module and function level and documentation
  • Further development of existing as well as new modules and program codes, including troubleshooting and correction
  • Implementation of system tests, ensuring that all requirements are met before implementation
  • Technical support for colleagues in other departments and support for end users
  • Help to ensure continuous technical development, which can form the basis for us to develop the best solutions for internal use as well as external customers
  • Participation in projects and collaboration across Eurofins’ departments and group companies

Qualifications

  • You have an educational background as a software engineer or computer scientist with a bachelor's degree in software development
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience, preferable from a similar development environment
  • You have extensive experience with .NET programming and relational databases (SQL server and T-SQL)
  • Knowledge and experience with WCF, Web Api, Crystal Report, VB6, VB and Java script, Scrum, automated and unit testing, and other development processes such as TDD
  • Danish and English are the preferred languages
