Job Description

Currently Eurofins Group is establishing a new Software Development Center in Seville, Spain, and looking for IT Recruitment Manager who will be an essential member of the newly created team in charge of setting up the recruitment team in Seville and fulfilling recruitment plans within Eurofins. Considering the Eurofins’ growth and the constant need to recruit talented IT professionals, the role will involve liaising with the Hiring Managers on a day-to-day basis, managing workload as well as putting together sourcing strategies to meet company’s expectations entirely.

Responsibilities:

-  Help to identify necessary job duties, qualifications and skills for job openings;

-  Be responsible for the Talent Acquisition / Recruitment cycle from A-Z (from draft of Position Description up to signature of the Offer Letter) of the Eurofins positions in Spain, e.g.:

  • Source candidates’ profiles using advanced resume search techniques;
  • Perform background checks;
  • Review and recommend qualified candidates for opened positions;

-  Define recruiting strategies and build a talent pool;

-  Develop effective working relationships with placement agencies, colleges, technical schools and job fairs, build the employer brand and referral process;

-  Collaborate with the Global TAM Team in sharing, improving processes and implementing best practices;

-  Ensure effective communications with Hiring Managers;

-  Guide, train and develop less experienced staff in area of expertise;

-   Provide management reports on HR and recruitment topics.

As the first assignment, the IT Recruitment Manager will be responsible and work hands-on on sourcing IT employees to newly created Eurofins IT Solutions Center in Spain. Areas of expertise will range from Administration to Operational Excellence and Information Systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree;
  • Fluency in English and Spanish;
  •  Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working with Hiring Managers;
  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
  • Knowledge of IT job market and its requirements;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships;
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint (appreciated);
  • Proficiency in French or German is a plus but not required;
  • Able to work autonomously with no or minimal supervision, not impacting the quality and quantity of work delivered;
  • Rigorous and meticulous;
  • International exposure and working in multinational environment.
