For the support of our Sales Team at Eurofins GeneScan Technologies GmbH in Freiburg we are searching for you!

The incumbent in this position will be responsible for all sales activities of the Eurofins veterinary product line and possibly some additional food safety technologies within the portfolio of the group. Key responsibilities include sales and management of existing Eurofins Technologies veterinary product business volume as well as the promotion of other product lines. This will enable Eurofins GeneScan Technologies GmbH to reach sale Goals within the scope.

Job Description

Your Tasks

  • The constant control of the pertinent "go market" concepts and CRM systems
  • Frequent visits to German and Swiss customers
  • Coordination of application specialists support throughout the sales process
  • Support of the Marketing team
  • Representation of Eurofins GeneScan Technologies Veterinary Diagnostics at relevant congresses, fairs and symposia

Qualifications

Your Profile

  • A Degree in Veterinary medicine, Biological- Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or any other grade that is relevant for the understanding of our productline
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a relevant business area of Veterinary medicine or Molecular Biology with specific expertise on methods, equipment, consumables and processes being able to identify and describe best practices and implementing them (ELISA, DNA Technologies, etc.)
  • Knowledge of veterinary market is a key requirement
  • At least 3 years of experience in the account management and sales of related products
  • Knowledge and expertise in the application of the pertinent sales tools is a key requirement
  • Excellent German oral and written is a must, English/French/Italian is considered as a plus.
  • Good communication skills are a key pre-Requisite for the Sales Manager
  • Strong personal skills (e.g.interview skills, oral and written communication skills, representation skills) as this role will be the key Interface with customers internally and externally
  • Ability to implement sales concepts and aligne them in accordance with the needs of the different customers
  • Structured, analytical and driven personality
