• Delivering IT searches by creating sourcing strategy by using databases, on-line tools, direct approach (cold calling, blind calling) and Eurofins ATS;
• Conducting thorough market research to navigate key companies and build accurate pipeline;
• Identifying candidates across sectors, qualifying and communicating with candidates during the assignments;
• Sourcing, screening, and assessing active and passive candidates;
• Approaching suitable candidates for screening purposes and qualifying against agreed competences and criteria for each project (phone and video interviews);
• Gaining candidate referrals from senior individuals;
• Publishing advertisements and screening ad responses;
• Balancing deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches at one time;
• Coordinating meetings/interviews between candidates and internal clients;
• Maintaining data quality and accuracy on the company’s internal database;
• Participating in update meetings with the internal clients;

• Min. 2 years of experience in recruitment for IT positions;
• Strong communications skills (written and verbal);
• Eager learner;
• Accurate and detail oriented;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Very good command in English;
• Master degree is preferable;
