We are expanding our lab operations in Malbork due to a strong market growth. Thanks to this a need is ariding for a new Business Unit Manager to step in and manage a dedicated part of the organization.

• Develop the Lab operations both in volume and in process
• Achieve a PCA (Polskie Centrum Akredytacji) accreditation
• Build lab team from recruitment to training
• Deliver sellable (of perfect Quality) analysis to internal customers
• Ensure high quality and timely delivery of service (in line Eurofins Operational Excellence)
• Drive lean organisation and strive for efficiency
• Meet the operational and financial targets as defined by the Group

• Msc degree
• Experience in production/project management preferably in an international environment
• At least basic financial (P&L and CF) knowledge
• Operational/Project background
• Good level of  English is a requirement
• Expertise in industry (TIC) is not required
