Job Description

  • Coordinating vendor enablement process, engaging with suppliers & internal stakeholders to deliver the supplier roll out plan to the Eurofins PTP tool
  • Driving supplier use and providing regular progress reporting KPI
  • Supporting the implementation of Coupa Procure to Pay tool and leading configuration activities in the assigned areas of Coupa
  • Carrying out day to day ongoing care and maintenance of the tool with focus on supplier object and cXML transaction processing as a member of the Group Admin Team
  • Reviewing new Coupa releases, carrying out impact assessment & implementing new Coupa capabilities as agreed with stakeholders
  • Mapping processes and creating relevant system and user documentation

Qualifications

  • University Graduate (Master Degree)
  • Very good understanding of procurement, invoicing and supplier information management processes
  • Prior experience in transactional Purchasing (1-2 years)
  • English (fluent written and spoken) is a must
  • Experience in Project Management will be an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in working with Coupa or any other Procure to Pay solution will be an advantage
  • Good presentation skills
  • Customer Service mindset
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Good overall computer skills (MS Office, focus on Excel)
  • Assertive and demonstrating initiative when investigating and solving issues
  • Business development passion for connecting and servicing suppliers and clients
  • Fast learner
  • Basic knowledge of EDI messaging formats (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, cXML) will be an advantage
  • Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced and often changing environmen
