Its Group Service Center is located in Brussels (Belgium), and we are looking to expand our internal “headhunting firm” with a: Talent Acquisition Manager

Position & objectives:

• Be responsible for the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment cycle from A-Z (from draft of Position Description up to signature of the Offer Letter) of the Group Senior Profiles in Europe;
• Act as Single Point of Contact for the Senior Leadership and work closely with the Heads of the different International Divisions and International Business Lines;
• Define recruiting strategies and build a talent pipeline and proactively identify and search for the best candidates;
• Collaborate with the Global TAM Team in sharing, improving processes and implementing best practices;
• Define recruitment Standards and propose training for newcomers at Eurofins.

 Qualification & experience required:

• Both good level in English and German is required
• Master degree is preferable
• Recruitment and interviewing skills
• Strong communications skills (written and verbally)
