As part of our Cabin Crew, you’ll represent Etihad around the world, deliver extraordinary guest experiences and help keep every journey safe. You’ll also have a clear opportunity to develop your career towards becoming a Cabin Senior. 

Every flight is different. You’ll work as part of a multicultural team, welcome guests from around the world and deliver the high standards of safety and service Etihad is known for. 

What we’re looking for 

• At least 21 years old 

• At least 163cm tall 

• A high school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent) 

• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage) 

• No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform 

• Ambitious, passionate and excited by a travel lifestyle 

• Guest-focused, with a genuine commitment to creating exceptional experiences 

What you’ll earn 

Tax-free salary: Earn up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on your roster. 

Where your career can take you 

We recognize and reward strong performance, with opportunities to progress as you build your experience. 

• Economy → Business Class from 12 months 

• Business Class → Cabin Senior from 12 months 

• Cabin Senior → Cabin Manager from 24 months 

Progression timelines depend on individual performance and business needs.
