Warehouse Material Handling Coordinator - Outbound

Job Description
Play a vital role in ensuring goods leave our warehouse safely, accurately, and on time. You will coordinate outbound shipments, customs clearance, and documentation to keep operations running smoothly.
- Coordinates Outbound process, directing from picking, packing and shipping of orders.
- Ensure Outbound shipments are accurate, on schedule and compliant to destinations requirements.
Accountabilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end picking, packing, and staging of outgoing orders based on customer requirements and shipping priorities. (Driving forklift)
- Coordinate with Logistics team for the schedule and dispatch of outbound shipments.
- Generate and verify essential shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, invoices, and customs/export.
- Manage Custom Clearance of all outgoing bonded materials and making sure data is updated in PWC.
- Inspect outgoing shipments for damage, ensure proper packaging, and enforce warehouse safety protocols.
- Supervise, train, and Third party personnels to ensure daily output targets and Service Level Agreements are met.
- Identify and clear inventory errors through pick audits and checking before material dispatch.
- Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks, such as order cancellation or delayed orders, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently. .
- Adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Higher Secondary Education
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a large Warehouse operation.
- Working experience in ERP System SAP WM Module specific.
- UAE Licensed Reach Truck and Forklift Operator, Light vehicle driver license, preferred.
