The Data Analytics Delivery Manager is responsible for the end to end delivery of complex data driven initiatives within the Enterprise Data Management Value Stream. The role ensures predictable, high quality execution of Data Management and Analytics projects, partnering closely with Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable delivery plans. Success is measured through delivery predictability, value realization, stakeholder confidence, and the ability to scale delivery across multiple teams.

Accountabilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex Data Management and Data Analytics initiatives, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality execution.
• Translate business and data strategy into actionable delivery plans across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and execution cadence across Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall environments.
• Drive value realization by tracking delivery outcomes against business cases and ensuring measurable business impact.
• Provide clear, data‑driven reporting on delivery health, risks, dependencies, and progress to senior leadership.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate cross‑team risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure predictable delivery.
• Lead and develop high‑performing cross‑functional delivery teams, including internal resources and vendors.
• Ensure strong change management and adoption of new data capabilities, technologies, and operating models.
• Promote delivery excellence by embedding Lean‑Agile practices, standardizing processes, and improving delivery efficiency.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent is mandatory. Master degree or certification in AI is desirable.
• 7+ years managing complex technology projects or delivery portfolios, with strong experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics initiatives.
• Proven ability to deliver large‑scale IT and data projects with clear, measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem‑solving skills, with experience working with large datasets and BI environments.
• Agile Project Management certification (mandatory), with hands‑on experience in Agile/SAFe delivery models.
• Proficiency with delivery and project tools such as Jira and MS Project.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, dependency management, and delivery governance.
