Job Description

•    To provide necessary assistance to VP Sales.
•    Focus on Sales Growth
•    Relationship Building and Account Management.
•    Complete sales cycle responsibility from cold calling to negotiating and closing the final deal. 
•    Work to achieve the defined sales target.
•    Identification of various Market segment.
•    Prospecting and Lead Generation of Clients.
•    Information, understanding and trend analysis of the Industry.
•    To work towards achieving the business goals.
•    Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; exploring and anticipating new opportunities for further business growth.
•    Maintain database by keeping accurate, up-to-date records and by continually adding new contact information. 
•    Manage and implement brand identity and corporate branding/co-branding through all possible media channels
•    Achieves Sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans. (To provide necessary assistance to Department Head in preparing Business development plan and strategy)
•    Having knowledge of Operations and workforce management for cost and agent requirement analysis.
•    Accomplishes Sales objectives by planning, developing and implementing field sales action plans.
•    Identifies Sales opportunities by identifying various Market segment; Competitor's share, strengths and weaknesses within the market; forecasting projected business; Prospecting and Lead Generation of Clients.
•    Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends of varies Market segment.
•    Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
•    Updates Job knowledge and Contact networking by participating in events; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. 
•    Accomplishes Sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed and to contribute towards service delivery levels in accordance with the customers.
