 Retail Sales | In-Store Sales Rep | Weekly Base Pay

compensation: $10-16 an hour + Paid Training + Bonus Incentives

Full time Sales Representative positions available! We are currently accepting applications for a sales account representatives to work as part of our sales and management team.

Sales client managers will receive training to ensure they have all the skills and product knowledge that they require to be successful in this high energy technology & electronic sales industry. We are seeking candidates that are outgoing, personable & comfortable working in a competitive sales environment.

Team based sales training sessions ensure that each person in our company has the opportunity to learn from our top sales managers. We promote growth from within and encourage our sales team to work together to reach client goals and improve skills. Pay is SALARY based + bonuses. None of our positions are strictly commission based. We also offer specialized sales training will prepare individuals to work with customers to provide a unique and pleasant sales experience, which fosters acquisition of quality customers and long term customer loyalty.

Job Description/Responsibilities for In-Store Sales Rep :

-Handling all Product launches & Marketing Materials
-Customer interaction to promote products & services
-Maintain professional standards in sales & customer relationships
-Participate in daily training sessions & campaign meetings

Qualifications

Sales Qualifications

-2-4 year degree preferred but not required
-Strong organizational skills and ability to network professionally
-Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
-Sales or customer service experience
-Ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced environment
