Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Systems & Automation Engineer to design and build the systems that move work across the organization. This is a project-based engagement focused on building new workflows and strengthening how our teams operate.

You will work across teams to turn complex processes into reliable, scalable workflows, connecting models, data, platforms, and internal tools with a strong focus on performance, usability, and long term maintainability.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build intelligent systems and automation workflows across business functions.
  • Develop agentic and multi agent architectures for orchestration, retrieval, validation, and execution.
  • Integrate platforms and services through APIs, MCP, webhooks, databases, and internal systems.
  • Build knowledge, retrieval, and memory layers across structured and unstructured data, and develop the backend services and data pipelines beneath them.
  • Create human in the loop workflows, approval logic, and quality control mechanisms, and identify which processes should stay manual.
  • Own reliability, scalability, observability, and maintainability across deployed systems.
  • Establish clear technical standards, documentation, and implementation practices the team can maintain.

Qualifications

  • Proven professional experience in AI engineering, software engineering, systems architecture, automation, or applied machine learning.
  • A track record of taking systems from architecture and prototype through to stable production deployment.
  • Deep working knowledge of LLMs in production: agentic systems, tool use, orchestration, retrieval, embeddings, vector search, contextual memory, and structured outputs.
  • Strong experience with APIs, MCP, service integrations, databases, webhooks, and data pipelines.
  • Advanced programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or comparable languages.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, deployment, version control, monitoring, and observability.
  • Strong understanding of authentication, permissions, data security, and system reliability.
  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to simplify complex workflows without compromising technical rigor.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non technical teams.
  • Experience working within creative, marketing, media, content, strategy, or operational environments.
  • Experience with internal platforms, knowledge systems, generative pipelines, workflow engines, or enterprise automation.
  • Arabic and English working proficiency, or experience building bilingual content systems.
