Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conceive and craft original bilingual content for campaigns, activations, websites, CRM, film scripts and social channels.

  • Develop headlines, hooks and catchphrases that strengthen brand recall and emotional connection.

  • Write and adapt Arabic copy with tonal flexibility from formal corporate to conversational dialect.

  • Shape narratives for experiential campaigns from concept through execution and post-event storytelling.

  • Collaborate with strategy, design and production teams to ensure creative alignment and linguistic precision.

  • Localise and transcreate global content with cultural nuance for Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.

  • Edit, proof and quality-control all bilingual material to maintain consistency and brand integrity.

  • Integrate creative insight with data and performance metrics to continually refine copy effectiveness.

  • Uphold the department’s role as a centre of excellence through disciplined process and creative innovation.

Qualifications

Bilingual (Arabic & English); 

With native-level proficiency in Arabic and exceptional English writing, editing and conceptual skills.

  • No less than 2 years’ experience across sectors such as luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, technology or experiential marketing.

  • Strong background in copywriting with proven ability to produce compelling multi-platform content.

  • Ability to vary naturally between formal and conversational Arabic depending on context
    Creative thinking is a must — from concept development to precise execution.

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines and maintain high linguistic standards.

  • Collaborative attitude with openness to feedback and iterative creative improvement.

  • Undergraduate degree in Communications, English/Arabic Literature, Linguistics and Translation or similar with a focus/interest in Marketing or equivalent.

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience scripting for video, voice-over or social storytelling.

  • Familiarity with creative analytics and KPI alignment.

  • Strong professionalism and work ethic.

  • Humility, agility and willingness to learn.

  • Strategic and conceptual thinking coupled with attention to detail.

  • Confident presentation of ideas to internal teams and senior stakeholders
