Job Description

Client Focus

- The Account Manager is responsible for reviewing all major milestone deliverables prior to client submission, and shares in accountability for all client deliverables.
- Manages tactical initiatives for the Client's business; maintains a focus on the short-term deliverables, concurrent with a firm understanding of client's long-term goals.
- Communicates regularly with client on status, time-line, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, competitive intelligence analysis and other follow-up items.
- Assists Account Manager/Director in preparation of presentations and other materials needed for client meetings or demonstrations.
- Works with Account Director to develop recommendations, and strategic and tactical online marketing communication plans.
- Coordinates client/brand team meetings, including project kick-off meetings, weekly update meetings and periodic update meetings with the client.
- Submits advertising/marketing campaign proposals, suggested concepts, and estimated budgets to client for approval in conjunction with Account Director.

Internal Focus
- Coordinates and participate in all internal client-related meetings, keeping on top of client's projects and current status; responsible for related internal follow-up.
- Collaborates with the client engagement team and partners directly with project management to support client deliverables.
- Owns/prioritizes and completes internal and client projects according to schedule, updating client engagement leadership and relevant team members as needed.
- Understands the internal goals of the team, and the business goals of the client.
- Supports the client engagement team and overall business through activities such as pulling regular competitive and industry trend reports.

Qualifications

- We are seeking someone with 2-4 years of advertising agency experience with solid experience in digital.
- Must bring solid knowledge of digital advertising and Social Media. (Google Analytics, Social Ads platforms)

- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment.
- The ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment is a must.
- Effective problem-solving skills, specifically the ability to assess situations, evaluate options, make decisions, draw conclusions, and exercise judgment.
- Good campaign analysis and reporting skills 
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four year, accredited college or university required.
- Prior experience in an ad agency with digital projects is required.
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. 
- High attention to detail required.
- Strong time-management is a must.
