Etech is currently hiring Outbound Sales Representatives for our contact center in Lufkin, TX. You will work for a fortune 500 company, making calls to prospective and/or existing customers to offer a full range of telephone, internet and cable services. With the use of a variety of technology and software you will give information and resolve questions regarding current promotions and new/upgraded products. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Working directly with the customers via telephone to educate them on current product and services available, quoting prices and encouraging them to purchase
• Securing and placing orders for filling and arranging delivery dates
• Maintaining accurate daily record of sales using online Sales Tracker
• Taking an active role in performance planning and goal setting

Requirements:

• High school diploma or General Education degree (GED); or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to multitask by working in multiple computer programs while actively talking to customers
• Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Able to clearly and effectively articulate value proposition while continuing to build rapport over the phone
• Knowledge of standard internet, cable and phone products

Preferences:

• Proven track record of success in sales
• Experience in customer service and/or managing customer accounts
