JOB Description – SyteLine Administrator 

* 4-5 years related SyteLine/Web based application administration experience 

* 4-5 years of Microsoft Certified Windows Administration, VM Ware knowledge, Web based application installations and administration 

* Proficient in Windows Server Administration 

* Proficient in SyteLine Installation, upgrades and migrations 

* Proficient in managing SyteLine Third-Party components installations, configuration, end-user access, security 

* Knowledge in SyteLine Multi-site setup 

* Maintain and automate key tasks to ensure SyteLine is running optimal 

* Troubleshoot SyteLine errors and performance issues as they arise 

* Perform database management software systems upgrades 

* Knowledge in Web servers like IIS, Apache etc. 

* Understand the purpose of Firewalls and Load Balancers, VPN and SSL technologies. 

* Good in understanding of relational and multi-dimensional databases 

* Understanding of and experience in Business Intelligence models and reporting (SSAS/SSRS/SSIS) 

* Understanding of networking concepts, desktop support and Citrix administration 

* Knowledge in Application clusters, load balancing, single sign on 

* Experience in Java performance tuning, memory profiling, memory leaks and memory management 

* Knowledge of basic scripting (Batch) 

* Good communication skills 

* Good problem solving skills & team play 

* Motivated & self-starter 

* Customer facing skills. Work exposure at customer locations will be a value add 

* Ability to multitask and work flexible working hours. 

* Possess a strong technical background and willingness to learn 

* Ability to take on new projects and continuously learn new technologies 

* Ability to understand pre-established procedures and follow instructions 

* Ability to write clear documentation of operating procedures 

* Experienced in working with remote teams in a global environment
