Physician Assistant - Cardiothoracic Surgery (SA197214) Kissimmee ,  Florida

This regional medical center in Central Florida near Orlando is assisting a private Cardiothoracic Surgery practice in their search for a Board Certified and experienced Physician Assistant. The employed PA will work in an outpatient setting to include new patient visits and post-surgical follow up visits. The P.A. will also be utilized as Surgical First Assists. A minimum of one year of Cardiothoracic Surgery or Cardiovascular Disease experience with vein harvesting experience is required.

Qualified Candidates:
- Must be NCCPA board certified
- Prior CV/CT experience is required
- Will support two busy cardiothoracic surgeons
- Currently two physicians, two PAs, and one NP in group
- 80% of time is spent in the hospital, 20% in clinic
- PA will assist with inpatient and outpatient services including office visits, consults, discharges, and rounding
