Job Description

The Director of Business Development will be responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with healthcare systems in the Southeastern USA. Ideal candidates will have experience selling digital advertising solutions and possess existing connections to hospitals and healthcare systems in the SE region.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Development, growth and maintenance of accounts in order to help generate revenue, acquire new clients, and establish important business relationships.

  • Cold/warm calling and introduction of Eruptr’s services.

  • Strong communication skills throughout the sales life cycle with consistent and thorough client follow up.

  • Negotiation of campaign lengths, budgets and renewals.

  • Organization skills and attention to detail while juggling multiple clients and projects a must.

  • Manage / organize client campaign and project details for handoff to the Account Manager(s) and Operations team in a timely manner. Must be able to keep track of details, specific client needs and objectives and be able to communicate them clearly to other team members.

  • Development and expansion of campaigns within the hospitals in order to increase Eruptr growth and capture competitive market share.

  • Input data to track opportunities, stages and probability of business closure. Experience with Salesforce or equivalent is a must.

  • Manage monthly client calls to review reports, budget recommendations, campaign optimizations and initiatives. Work in tandem with the assigned Account Manager to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Working knowledge of Google Drive platform and its offerings – Docs, Sheets, etc. Ability to learn new reporting systems and software as required.

  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing and changing environment.

  • Self-sufficient and able to work in an independent, remote environment productively.

Qualifications

Eruptr is seeking candidates with a minimum of 3+ years of sales and business development experience. Selling into hospitals/healthcare systems in the Southeastern US is a must with specific experience developing relationships with C-Suite executives and service line managers, showcasing advantages of Eruptr’s solutions and implementing full sales life cycle development. 

Additional Information

This is a full-time, remote opportunity. The position is salary and commission based. Salary is commensurate with experience (range $90k-$100k).  Applicants must be based in the continental US.
