Job Description

The Global People Services Associate acts as a support in a central hub for transactional HR activities.  The Global People Services Associate provides efficient, consistent support to all employees and managers.

  • Employee Support: Responding to HR-related questions from employees and managers (benefits, policies, time-off).
  • Ticket Management: Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries (benefits, payroll, leave, policies) via Freshservice, managing, prioritizing, and resolving tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Data Management: Accurate data entry for new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and updating employee records in HRIS.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Administering the hiring process, creating offers, tracking probation, and processing leavers.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Assisting with basic payroll processing, managing benefit enrollments, and pension administration.
  • Process Adherence: Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistency.

 

Qualifications

University Degree, or equivalent experience, preferably in HR or business administration.
