Job Description

​​Role and Responsibilities​ 

  • Supports Regional People Generalist or Regional People Advisor - Sending out contracts, entering new hire data onto HR system.  

  • Preparing induction packs for new joiners  

  • Supporting with the probation review process 

  • Manage the leaver processes and coordinating exit interview 

  • Work closely with the Regional People Generalist or Regional People Advisor (Line Manager) to develop and coordinate employee engagement initiatives 

  • Support line manager and stakeholders on employee relations cases where required 

  • Build effective working relationships with employees at all levels 

  • Assist with analytical reporting and interpretations including payroll activities where needed 

  • General office administrative work and logistic support 

  • Main point of contact for various vendors and service providers 

  • Monitoring office maintenance 

  • Maintaining office supplies inventory 

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills 

  • Any other task related to office management, administration, employee safety, welfare, and wellness education assigned by Ergomed Management team. 

Qualifications

University Degree, preferably in HR, Business Administration
