Job Description
- Organizing daily activities on a global scale within Ergomed's office infrastructure to ensure a productive and efficient working environment.
- Collaborating with heads of departments to understand business needs and implementing procedures to enhance overall office functioning.
- Analyzing the utilization and efficiency of office spaces
- Implementing a global office management strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identifying opportunities for cost optimization, savings, and efficiency improvements in office management.
- Implementing a comprehensive global procurement strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Monitoring office management costs globally and proposing activities to optimize resource utilization.
- Analyzing supplier contracts and negotiating terms to achieve savings.
- Monitoring market changes affecting procurement.
- Managing activities to ensure the supply chain is reliable and efficient.
- Monitoring offices' compliance with local, state, and international regulations and standards
- Encouraging continuous improvement among suppliers to enhance quality, delivery, and service levels.
- Mentoring and leading other team members for global corporate services.
Qualifications
University education and proven experience in managerial and similar roles
