Job Description

Provides administrative and recruitment support to the global talent acquisition function, interacting with Talent Acquisition Specialists, Hiring Managers, Interviewers and candidates.

  • Coordinates interviews for candidates. Corresponds with Talent Acquisition Specialists, interview teams and candidates.
  • Monitors and manages the company careers mailbox. Responds to emails or forwards to the appropriate parties.
  • Uses and updates the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure compliance with GDRP. Activates new joiners and disactivates leavers. Sends referral information to new starters.
  • Manages the internal job board and reviews advertising.
  • Assists with pulling and manipulating reports in excel and sends reports to the business.
  • Manages the referral process by pulling reports, checking eligibility and arranging payments
  • Manages right to work checks in the UK.
  • Organises meet and greets for senior hires.
  • Assists with Talent Acquisition and HR projects.
  • Reviews applications and sends correspondence to candidates. May be involved in interviewing candidates and sourcing.

Qualifications

  • Strong administration skills
  • Strong organisational skills including experience managing multiple priorities
  • Good attention to detail
  • Respect of confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in all MS-Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
