Job Description
- Manage and process IT equipment orders, ensuring timely procurement and delivery.
- Maintain software license compliance, renewals, and allocations.
- Track IT assets within the system, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor deadlines for asset renewals, license expirations, and contract obligations.
- Handle phone orders and coordinate device assignments.
- Ensure proper documentation of all asset transactions.
- Collaborate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide reports on asset inventory, usage, and forecast needs.
- Assist in developing and implementing IT asset management policies and procedures.
Work closely with IT support teams to ensure smooth asset distribution and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems Management or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience).
