Job Description
Organizational support to the Department for the Responsible Persons for Pharmacovigilance at the European level (QPPV Department) and the Head of PV Operations.
The PV Assistant is responsible for:
- Organizing documents, archive maintenance
- Receiving data and recording them for various purposes
- Preparation of draft documents and / or their final layout, where applicable
- Organization of meetings, conference calls, video conferencing, meeting room reservations, etc.
- Travel management and coordination, as needed
- Work on team tasks with other PV Assistants
- Preparation of presentations
- Responsibility for drafting minutes of meetings, their distribution and monitoring of activities undertaken
- Handling confidential documentation
- Preparation and management of reports, work in Excel
- Support for marketing activities and business projects, as needed
- Performing other miscellaneous administrative tasks and administrative support, where applicable
Qualifications
- Very good English skills (both verbal and written)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to work under pressure with accuracy and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail
- High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
