As a Senior Accountant you will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following activities:
 

• Post supplier invoices, expense reports and journals to Sage X3 our accounting system in accordance with our accounting guidelines
• Pay supplier invoices and employee expenses
• Prepare VAT Returns
• Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules
• Post and reconcile Company bank accounts
• Post and review intercompany transactions per company policy
• Monthly Balance Sheet Account schedule preparations and reconciliations
• Assist with year-end audits
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
• Undertake ad hoc projects as required
