We are currently looking for a psychology student (m/f) for Learning & Development coordinator position. On this position you will have responsibility for the coordination and administration of a wide range of learning and development activities and projects as well as projects related to development of organizational culture!

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assisting with design and development of training programs
• Researching and recommending training topics and methods
• Preparing learning materials and communication
• Assisting with scheduling meetings and trainings
• Assisting with preparation of surveys and reports
• Maintaining databases

• Very good English skills (both verbal and written, B2 at least)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
