Job Description

As part of our exciting and ambitious digital transformation, Ergomed Group is seeking a dynamic and passionate People Systems Specialist to play a key role in shaping it’s HR Technology.  If you thrive in a dynamic environment where your expertise can make a significant impact; crave excitement, challenge, and the opportunity to revolutionize the way we interact with technology, then this is the role for you!

With a focus on aligning innovative solutions with the Group’s strategic goals, as well as optimizing existing solutions, this role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders across various departments, bridging the gap between HR and Technology.

Some of the responsibilities your role will be

  • Manages the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the organization's HRIS and LMS solutions.
  • Responsible for analysing HR processes and requirements to recommend, configure, and implement HRIS solutions.
  • Data Management of the HR solutions including Data Migrations and compliance audits.
  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to integrate HR systems with other organizational software.
  • Monitor and Manage system patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within current and new HR systems and the wider HR team operations.
  • Provide expertise, Evaluations and recommendations on HR technology solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Assists in selecting, implementing, and optimizing HRIS platforms.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree within a technical, computer science, or other IT field
  • ITIL v3 Service Delivery (Desirable)
  • PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management qualification (Desirable)

Requirements:

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in HR systems administration (or other corporate systems), ideally with understanding of HR software, such as Cornerstone and Cezanne.  Certifications in relevant systems will be a plus.

Continuous Learner: Stay hungry for knowledge and be committed to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into user-friendly language. Collaborate effectively with HR and IT teams to implement system changes.
