Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences, as well as a strong background in instructional design and educational technology. The Digital Learning Specialist will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing digital learning initiatives to support our organization's objectives.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and develop digital learning solutions that align with organizational goals.

· Design engaging and interactive digital learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and other multimedia content.

· Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create effective learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.

· Validate the requirements and processes are compatible with the Cornerstone platform so that we avoid customization to the tool.

· Review and test the process to ensure that it meets the documented requirements and that it functions as intended

· Upgrade our existing training content to a common standard that is flexible and more accessible through a digital format

· Develop assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of digital learning initiatives.

· Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in digital learning and recommend innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences.

· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and metrics to assess the impact and ROI of digital learning initiatives.

· Serve as a champion for digital learning within the organization, promoting its benefits and advocating for its adoption and expansion.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in psychology, learning, educational technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

· Experience in instructional design and development, as well as digital learning projects and initiatives.

· Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as iSpring Suite, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond or similar software.

· Familiarity with learning experience systems (LXP) and other digital learning platforms.

· Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for exploring new ideas and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
