Job Description

  • Supports Regional People Generalist or Regional People Advisor - Sending out contracts, entering new hire data onto HR system.
  • Preparing induction packs for new joiners
  • Supporting with the probation review process
  • Manage the leaver processes and coordinating exit interview.
  • Work closely with the Regional People Generalist or Regional People Advisor (Line Manager) to develop and coordinate employee engagement initiatives
  • Support stakeholders on employee relations and HR Generalist across multiple brands
  • Build effective working relationships with employees at all levels
  • Assist with analytical reporting and interpretations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Any other task related to administration, employee safety, welfare, and wellness education assigned by Ergomed Management team.

Qualifications

  • University Degree, preferably in HR, Business Administration
  • Previous experience of working in HR administration position or similar.
  • Entry level HR knowledge, adaptable and willing to learn.
  • Role holders will have sufficient knowledge to work on day-to-day issues without continuous/regular reference to others.
  • Knowledge required for the role is via a period of practical training or study.
  • Ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in MS-Office
