Job Description

The Technical Architect works collaboratively with colleagues from the Business, IT and wider departments within the Ergomed group. The Technical Architect is responsible for analyzing, defining, developing and articulating technical design of solutions to progress the system architecture and roadmaps. The Technical Architect will have a technical background and they will own a solution and assist in resolving issues throughout the life of a project.

The key responsibilities of the Project Manager include.

·         Own and create design documents and artefacts to support the enterprise governance process

·         Build, maintain and a deep understanding of Ergomeds IT strategy, technology frameworks and overall enterprise architecture direction

·         Adhere to and champion Ergomeds Enterprise Architecture Methodologies and tools.

·         Agreement of the scope, objectives, and success criteria for assigned projects

·         Analysis, creation and updating of business capabilities models

·         Oversee and review outline designs, high level designs and detailed designs produced by other resources, partners and third parties.

·         Ensure alignment of all solutions to relevant roadmaps and strategy.

·         Represent the group IT Architecture Office within program governance, workshops, and team meetings

·         Support project managers before, during and post project delivery to define scope, dependencies and plan work packages.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience).

·      Extensive experience as a Technical Architect / Systems Architect

·       Extensive Experience of core Modern Workplace products including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Microsoft Teams, etc

·       Extensive experience in systems engineering designing & delivering technical architectures across application, infrastructure, integration, security, and data domains.

·       Good hands-on experience in the implementation/rollout and administration of Microsoft 365

·       Experience architecting system to utilise modern deployment and management tools such as Microsoft Intune

·       Experience understanding business requirements and writing solution documents that clearly articulate what needs to eb done, including creating HLD and LLD documents

·       Exposure to information and data governance in the Microsoft 365 E5 suite.

·       Experience designing and deploys solutions to the Cloud e.g. AWS, Azure

·       Experience working with data sets and an understanding of data design principles and systems designed to protect sensitive data.

·       Experience using architecture frameworks such as TOGAF

·       Experience working with in ITIL environment with in a large global organisation
