Due to growth, Ergomed is looking for a Business Development Coordinator who will resport to the Senior Vice President and will support the day-to-day activities of the global Business Development team.

Role and Responsibilities

· General administrative activities within the business development team

· Salesforce administration and maintenance

· Pulling Sales Force reports and creating pivot tables in excel

· Creating and editing power point presentations

· Generating agendas for client meetings

· Scheduling meetings as required

·Flexibility to support ad-hoc requests and work under the commercial pressure that is typical for BD

·Taking initiative to support Business Development

• Demonstrated administration experience
• Strong team player
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and execute multiple tasks
• Communication skills, flexibility and ability to adjust to a fast-paced environment
