• Maintenance of laptops and PCs- user/computer administration
• Maintenance and support of telephony system
• Installation of software upgrades
• Supporting all applications used company-wide
• Training of Ergomed Group personnel on IT procedures as appropriate

• Problem solving and project management skills
• Advanced knowledge of English
• High school/University education
• 1+ years of relevant work experience
