•    To work within an increasingly global IT team supporting an ambitious growth plan for the Ergomed business.
•    To provide technical expertise in a growing IT team in a number of areas as Ergomed shifts its on-premise workloads to SaaS / IaaS (Azure).  
•    To provide third level problem and incident management.
•    To deploy new solutions which are suitably tested and documented for handover to the service operations team to manage and run.
•    To support technology lifecycle management

Expertise in multiple technology areas relating to Microsoft 365: -

- SharePoint Online (Migration to SPO, Site creation, site design, access control, guest users)
- Exchange Online (Windows Defender for Office 365, anti-phishing, safe links, etc)
- Teams, OneDrive (Information governance, DLP)
-  Azure AD (SAML, SSO, SCIM)
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Office, Cloud, etc.
-  Intune / MDM
- Autopilot

- Windows update for Business
 

- College / University degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

- Full working proficency in English

- Ability to plan, multitask and working in a dynamic team environment.

Desired skills

- Familiarity with building and migrating services in cloud-based platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience of working in a highly regulated industry, preferably Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences.
- Integration and automation of tasks between diverse platforms.
