ERGOMED in Poland is part of the ERGOMED plc, therefore the company is constantly expanding and developing. Due to dynamic environment we are looking for a professional to provide HR support for the Employees and the Business leaders.

Job Description

The HR Generalist will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following activities:

  • Providing support to the Employees and Leaders on a daily basis and is their first point of contact in handling their queries and suggests necessary actions;
  • Managing all local/global HR processes and systems (employee lifecycle - onboarding/offboarding, including introduction day as well as exit interviews, prepares employment related documents and work closely with Payroll, talent development with etc.)
  • Demonstrating knowledge of processes, policies and local legislation in order to effectively perform the responsibilities.
  • Ensuring all contractual/legal documents and templates are kept up to date and in line with current legislation
  • In cooperation with other HR colleagues identifying any gaps in the local/global processes, policies and works on improving them or establishing new ones. Suggesting any improvement in terms of benefits, compensations within the assigned area. Proactively taking the initiative in implementing them further
  • Updating HR database with any changes and maintaining personal records up to date

** Please note this position is offered initially as a 1 year fixed term contract **

Candidates will need to live close to our office in Krakow but can work a mixture of office and home based.

Qualifications

  • University Degree, preferably in HR, Business Administration and/or min 3+ years of working experience as an HR generalist, HR specialist, and/or in HR administration, labor code, Payroll..)
  • Fluent Polish and English
  • Ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment
