Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with hiring managers to understand their requirements to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Building a robust pipeline of talent consisting of both active and passive candidate pools through a variety of recruitment methods, including social media, headhunting, referrals and networking. Creating sourcing strategies in line with industry trends with the support of senior team members.
  • Designing and implementing recruitment strategies including contributing to job description development and candidate requirements, preparing job adverts, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing and screening candidates.
  • Ensuring timely feedback and an all-round positive experience for the candidate and hiring manager.
  • Negotiating offers and managing offer letters.
  • Ensuring process are followed, including accurate candidate tracking in the ATS.
  • Educating hiring managers/interviewers on the candidate market, best practices, interview techniques and ATS use with the support of senior team members.
  • Working closely with HR to determine salary ranges.
  • Marketing activities both internally and externally.
  • Being aware of external market factors as well as new best practices/trends affecting recruitment.
  • Keeping updated with industry news.
  • Supporting the Director, Talent Acquisition in ongoing projects.

 

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  • Ideally some knowledge/experience of the clinical research/pharmacovigilance industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies with support.
  • Experience in establishing professional relationships with candidates.
  • Able to negotiate terms of employment effectively.
  • Proficiency in following process.
  • Ability to work on a number of different roles at one time and work to tight deadlines.
  • Able to build relationships and manage multiple priorities.
