Job Description
The Administrative Assistant should be a person with a high school degree and good knowledge of English and MS Excel.
He/she will be responsible for:
- Supporting business activities and services by working as a part of a project team
- Processing received mail
- Data entry and maintenance of database and archive
- Accurate and timely delivering of information to other members of the project team
- Preparation of documents’ final lay out and various reports
- Performing other miscellaneous administrative tasks, as applicable
Qualifications
- Very good English skills (both verbal and written)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to work under pressure with accuracy and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail
- High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
