Job Description

Provides 2nd line IT support to internal and external users
Provides support to 1st line IT support colleagues
Works on IT projects and collaborates with 3rd line support
Maintenance of laptops and PCs - user/computer administration
Maintenance and support of telephony system
Installation of software upgrades
Supporting all applications used company wide
Training of Ergomed Group personnel on IT procedures as appropriate
Maintenance of IT network
Provisioning of physical and virtual servers/datacentre
Maintenance and monitoring of backup procedures
Follows security guidelines and best practices to ensure highest standard of all delivered services

 

Qualifications

Education:
Secondary/University education
Experience:
3+ years of experience as IT Support Analyst / System engineer or relevant work experience
Special Skills:
Advanced communication skills
Problem solving and project management skills
Language Skills:
Advanced knowledge of English
PC Skills
All desktop operating systems and applications used in organisation

Windows Server installation and management (AD, File Server, DNS, Azure AD, Office 365)
