Ergomed is looking for a Senior Budget Developer to join our dynamic and rapidly growing organization and team to support both CRO bids as well as PharmacoVigilance budgets

The Ergomed Senior Budget Developer works in the Proposals & Contracts department of the Business Development group. They are responsible for the production of accurate study budgets in collaboration with internal department leaders, legal, and finance. They support budget development for key CRO and PV opportunities/rebids, budget updates until award/contracting, and complex CRO Change Orders. They are responsible for the management of clinical vendor budgeting, contract budget negotiation, client grid management, and supporting financial reporting. Expected to support the mentoring and training of new staff within the P&C group and provide input into department objectives/goals.

3-5 Years in the CRO industry working on Budget Development.

Proficient in English, well-organized and works well in a high paced environment
