Job Description

The group’s Talent Acquisition team is responsible for sourcing and attracting the best candidates for Ergomed Plc and its associated brands on a global basis. The team uses a mixture of methods to achieve this, including headhunting, direct sourcing using social media (such as LinkedIn), advertising and employee referrals. The team is responsible for managing candidate interactions, screening of candidates and providing shortlists of candidates to managers and the HR teams. The team manages the recruitment lifecycle to the point of offer and works with HR on onboarding. This position will be focused on recruiting for our US PrimeVigilance business, across all functions including billable and non billable groups, including Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information and Medical Writing.  The team provides advice to the wider business on current market conditions and hiring timelines.

Role Duties.

  •  Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Director, HR leadership and line managers to devise appropriate recruiting plans for open positions.
  • Work closely with Line Managers to develop a strong understanding of the open positions and maintain communication regarding vacancy status 
  • Provide market guidance for estimated salary levels as well as timelines for hiring.
  • Create enticing job adverts and publish them across multiple job boards using the ATS’ one click publishing tool.
  •  Execute an appropriate recruitment strategy to source candidates, including using LI, ATS and referrals to enable timely, efficient and cost effective filling of vacancies.
  • Screen candidates, and provide shortlists to line managers
  • In conjunction with Talent Acquisition Coordinator, set up interviews and project manager interview process.
  • Ensure ATS is updated with latest recruitment activity to enable an effective overview of open positions, candidate status, and other metrics (time to fill etc). 
  • Candidate management throughout  the recruitment and selection lifecycle.
  • Where appropriate, create talent pipelines for our regularly recruited positions and maintain communications with these pipelines.
  • Work with marketing to help position the company as a market leading employer.
  • Work with HR and Line Managers to develop compelling offers and secure acceptance of our offers.
  • Maintain knowledge of all appropriate laws and regulations governing recruitment activities and ensure company compliance.
  • Work closely with HR and talent coordinator to ensure an effective onboarding process.
  • Help refine current recruitment processes or develop new ones where appropriate.

Qualifications

  •  Demonstrated Talent Acquisition experience gained within a clinical recruitment agency, CRO or pharmaceutical company.
  • Strong understanding of Life Science industry ideally within one of the following: Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, Medical Writing.
  • Able to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects across a range of niche skill areas
  • First class oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively  with multiple internal stakeholders including HR,  line management and senior leadership.
  • Ability to self manage and prioritize work effectively.
  • Attention to detail.
