Job Description
The HR Generalist/Payroll Administrator is responsible for accurate input and maintenance of US data in the company's HRIS and payroll (ADP) systems, processing bi-weekly payroll throughout multiple states, I-9 compliance, generating HR-related reports, and maintaining data integrity. Other responsibilities include participating in new hire orientation, answering employee questions related to payroll and benefits, and maintaining employee records.
Essential Functions
- Manage the timely and accurate bi-weekly payroll process, including regular and special payroll
- Complete Hire/Onboarding Activities for employees.
- Maintain employee data in global HRIS, Create and run adhoc reports. Become US SME for our HRIS.
- Provide human resources support within the organization as the first point of contact for HR and payroll related questions.
- Participate in project activities both locally and globally.
- Maintain a high level of security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Accounting/Finance, or other similar field of study·
- Minimum two years payroll processing experience, preferable familiarity with ADP TotalSource or WorkforceNow platform.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and adhere to strict confidentiality standards
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and able to quickly learn the organizations HRIS system.
- Intermediate skill level in use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to handle several projects simultaneously, either individually or in a team setting
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
