Job Description

·         Responsible for the development and delivery of Investigator Grants during the bidding phase and during the template development phase after project is awarded

·         Works closely with appropriate teams to ensure accurate, complete and timely deliveries of Investigator Grants by using company selected costing benchmarking software

·         Liaises with the Business Development and different Clinical Operations groups in development of the best strategies related to Investigator Grants

·         Review study protocol or other information/sources as applicable (e.g. study phase, indication, study objectives, country/region specifics) and in liaison with competent departments develop the suggested costing strategy for protocol driven costs

·         Responsible for analyzing contract requests/needs

·         Review, authorize and/or manage payments. Assist operations team in ensuring that investigator grants comply with overall study costs

·         Participating in cross functional / departmental projects/meetings or initiatives as needed

·         Setting up and Review of Ergomed SOPs within area of expertise, related Forms, other guidelines or plans as requested

·         Organizing and performing trainings for members of Investigators Grants Group or other operational staff

·         Performing job interviews and skill assessments with group staff candidates, in cooperation and on request by the HR department and/or the Head of Investigational Site Services

·         Identifying ways to streamline work processes within the operative group and support quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Demonstrated Investigator Grants experience from a CRO
