Job Description
The Safety Database Assistant will work as part of the Safety System Administrator Team performing first-line triage and support of incoming pharmacovigilance system request, incidents, and integrations (e.g. OBIEE, Argus Insight, Axway)
Will be responsible for database activities including but not limited to below:
- First-line support and management to end-users (internal and external) access requests.
- Coordination of periodic end-user account review; resolve/escalate E2b incidents and transmission failures as part of expedited/periodic reporting and associated data migrations.
- Responsible for the implementation of user accounts and provisioning access.
- Assist with periodic review of system and user accounts
- Provide support for Axway E2b incidents and requests for client setup.
- Assist with client data transfers.
- Accept project assignments as delegated by senior staff, as needed.
- Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by senior team leaders or designee.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge and interest in Information Technology
- Minimum 1 year of Help Desk Support or IT support role
- Experience with Office 365, cloud-based applications, and pharmacovigilance systems preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts to cover global client base (different time zones)
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication (written and verbal) skills
- Organization skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Language Skills: English - advanced (spoken, written)
