Job Description

The PV Assistant should be a person with a high school degree and good knowledge of English and MS Excel.

The PV Assistant will be working as a part of a project team, performing and supporting contracted pharmacovigilance activities on behalf of PrimeVigilance clients. Previous work experience in pharmacovigilance is not required as you will receive all necessary training from us.

As a PV Assistant you will:

  • Perform administrative activities in Pharmacovigilance such as:
    • Receiving, acknowledging, tracking, filing and simple processing of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with applicable regulations
    • Submitting and tracking periodic reports
    • Maintaining the archive
    • Preparing documents’ final lay out
  • Assisting the organisation of PrimeVigilance offices

Qualifications

 

  • Very good English skills (both verbal and written, B2 at least)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Administrative experience
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to work under pressure with accuracy and meet tight deadlines
  • High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
  • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
