PrimeVigilance is continuing to expand and is looking for a Senior IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic and rapidly growing organization.

Job Description

Senior IT Support Analyst will provide 2nd line technical support for all IT infrastructure and applications utilisied within Ergomed Group. He/she will also support and share knowledge with 1st line support engineers and assist them when needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a part of multinational IT support group
  • Maintenance of laptops and PCs / user administration
  • Maintenance of servers (physical and virtual) and networks (wired and wireless)
  • Maintenance and support of telephony
  • Installation of software upgrades
  • Routine backup operations (data recovery)
  • Troubleshooting applications
  • Record keeping: maintenance logs, backup/restore logs
  • Implementation of VPN – Site-to-site and Client-to-site
  • Maintenance of IT security, internal and external firewall controls
  • Maintenance of the IT Risk Management plan
  • Creation and maintenance of IT Standard Operating Procedures
  • Preparation of Work Instructions/Operating Guidelines
  • Training of Ergomed Group personnel on IT procedures as appropriate

Qualifications

  • Finished High school or University
  • Professional experience – at least 5 years in IT supportive role
  • Fluent English
  • Certificates – Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite – Exchange, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Teams, Azure AD
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019
  • Powershell, scripting
  • Administering Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, site replications, Office 365 hybrid environment
  • Microsoft Exchange administration – migrations, anti-spam prevention
  • Microsoft Hyper-V administration
  • Networking – basic routing and switching knowledge, firewall rules and policies administration
