Job Description

Work cross functionally and globally to develop and enhance business and client training resulting in improved customer satisfaction, quality of service and compliance with PrimeVigilance and client standards of excellence.  Develop, deliver and manage global business and client-specific training initiatives including creating/updating training materials based on quality reviews, management of employee training documentation, audit preparation, document review/editing and filing. Responsible for identifying training needs, creating and managing the global training curriculum, developing procedures and training staff and management, including ongoing refresher training and project specific training.

Qualifications

  • Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing or other healthcare qualification
  • RN or PharmD preferred
  • 5+ years of work experience in pharmacovigilance, including 2+ years experience in a global setting
  • Working knowledge of FDA and EU regulations and regulatory reporting requirements related to safety
  • Proficient knowledge of drug safety databases
  • Proficient in adverse event case management
  • Sound knowledge of MedDRA dictionary
  • Organization skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
  • Management skills, including time management and issue management
  • Communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Ability to motivate/coach people; leadership
  • Willing to travel internationally (up to 25% travel)
  • English – advanced (spoken, written)
  • MS Office, Learning Management Systems, Drug Safety Databases
