Job Description
Assistant to Project Finance Manager is an individual that analyses and documents requirements of a project throughout its lifecycle. He or she helps the entire project within its planned scope, schedule and budget, while serving as a liaison for the project’s operational and non-operational teams.
Job responsibilities include:
- Providing monthly Project Activity Summary Report to Head of Clinical Operations
- Providing information on the projects status to Finance department
- Actively assists in the management of customer requirements regarding study financial reporting
- Ensures monthly reporting of revenue accurately reflects current status of project
- Assists Project Managers and operational project team members with understanding of accurately providing monthly study updates
- Participating in monthly Study Revenue Report
- Reviews contract payment schedules and monitors cash flow over life of project
- All other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Technical Sciences
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Fluent in local language and in English, both, written and verbal
- Microsoft Office proficiency required, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Basic SharePoint and Power BI would be beneficial
- Forensic attention to detail /accuracy
- Passion for getting it right, first time, every time
- Commitment to delivering within timelines
- Eagerness to learn, absorb, reflect, inquire and implement
