Job Description

Feasibility Associate focuses on supporting the Sales and Proposal teams with top line identification of sites that may be contacted during the detailed feasibility research. In addition, the Feasibility Associate may assist with budget development, proposal support and general Internal sales duties such as searching new potential clients-leads and reaching out to relevant prospects to bring new business opportunities. The Feasibility Associate is under the supervision of Internal Sales Team Lead.

  • Duties and responsibilities of the Feasibility Associate:
  • ·         Review protocol and development of search criteria for proposed patient population.
  • ·         To reach out to internal resources to support the feasibility target population profile
  • ·         To contact the Patient Engagement Officer and advocacy groups where appropriate.
  • ·         Utilize tools available to identify possible countries that would be optimal to utilize for the specific indication.
  • ·         Research the sites available in each country identified to extract the key sites to contact based on competing studies, PI experience and location etc.
  • ·         Support proposal development by identifying indication epidemiology to generate heat maps and support strategic positioning on indication knowledge
  • ·         Maintain and update data in the CRM system daily and promptly on status development
  • ·         Support overall Sales and Business Development team in generating new business and achieving company’s targets and expectations
  • Leadership of small Inside Sales team
  • ·         To develop feasibility reports in WORD and/or PowerPoint.
  • ·         Perform other duties as required   

Qualifications

  • ·         Fluent in English language both written and spoken
  • ·         Degree in Medicine, Nursing or Pharmaceutical Sciences is necessary to understand indications
  • ·         Proficient in the generation of data and intelligent analysis of data
  • ·         Proficient computer skills including email and Microsoft Office
