Job Description

  • Oversees all trainings within Global PV Operations department
  • Manages learning and development of Global PV Operations personnel
  • Sets up system for all kinds of training plans within PV (induction, refresh, annual)
  • Acts as a partner to line managers in Global PV Operations 
  • Acts as liaison between HR and PV, monitors resources needs, participates in recruitments process (via reviewing of professional tests) and prepares in advance all training
  • Works on succession planning for Global PV Operations staff
  • Role-specific Toolbox development and maintenance (e.g., line manager, project manager toolbox)
  • Organizes external trainings for Global PV Operations staff (both professional and managerial), as approved and requested by the Head of Global PV Operations according to the approved budget
  • Monitors training budget spending 
  • Monitors training achievements in predefined employee´s life-cycle milestones and supports line managers in preparation of further individual training goals
  • Ensures that the whole Global PV Operations department is audit/inspection-ready in the area of trainings
  • Organizes internal PV trainings for PrimeVigilance staff
  • Contributes to development/update of quality documents related to training
  • Maintains PV part of training matrix
  • Acts as the main communication channel towards company training group
  • Supports Project Manager in organization and execution of the project-specific training
  • Delivers training for the specific pharmacovigilance and general topics
  • Maintains the library of training materials
  • Together with the Head of PV Operations, works on implementation of the rotation system between different departments within Operations

Qualifications

  • High school or university graduate
  • 2-5 years of experience in administrative position focused on training, human resources or people management
  • Previous experience in the area of training management, learning and development
  • Organization skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
  • Management skills, including time and issue management
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with administrative work
  • English - fluent (spoken, written)
  • Advanced literacy (MS Office)
